Zoning & Land Use Planning – Representing clients in
all facets of the residential and commercial development
process including negotiating and preparing agreements of
sale; reviewing and analyzing all municipal regulations;
financing; preparing deeds, easements, use restrictions, and
rights of way; and prosecuting applications before municipal
planning commissions and zoning hearing boards.
